This basic healing level Reiki training is used for self-healing on a spiritual level. Reiki training level 1 is a stepping stone to level 2 and you learn ‘rei’ (spiritual) healing. Reiki level 1 training begins your spiritual healing journey and teaches the fundamental principles of Reiki, such as what Reiki is, the science behind Reiki, how to self-heal, how to scan the body for energy weaknesses and the Reiki ideals.
By the end of this Reiki training you will be able to use Reiki to heal on a spiritual level and have a grasp on the history of Reiki and how it can and should be used.
